The person authorised to represent the activity is Said Zejjari. No commercial-register entry or VAT number is asserted here. If VAT applies, the number appears on the invoice.

2. Role of the platform

The operator only provides technical means for users and organisations to make requests and offers visible. HipSmile is not a public authority, social-welfare office, clinic, pharmacy, trustee, paying agent or substitute for associations or competent statutory bodies. The operator does not become a party to help arranged between users or with partner organisations.

3. Our own content

Editorial text on this website is prepared with ordinary care. No warranty of accuracy, completeness or currency is given. Images and listings on the public site are illustrations, not live, verified or warranted cases.

4. Third-party content and links

Listings, profiles, messages, images and posts by users or partner organisations are third-party content. The operator is a hosting and intermediary service. There is no general obligation to monitor. Any voluntary review of listings before publication is a safety measure, not confirmation of identity, need, lawfulness, quality or fitness. After actual knowledge of an infringement, content is removed as far as reasonable. That does not create liability for third-party conduct. Linked third-party sites remain solely their operators’ responsibility.

5. Copyright

The HipSmile mark, logo, texts, design and software are protected. Any use beyond what the law allows requires prior written consent.

6. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The operator is neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board unless the law requires it.

7. Governing law and venue

Swiss substantive law applies, excluding the CISG and conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law of the user’s country of residence provides otherwise. Exclusive venue is Lucerne, Switzerland, where permitted. Mandatory consumer venues remain unaffected. Details are in the Terms of use.
